Event Sponsorship

• Lead Time Of Scheduled Event 
  Events requesting our sponsorship must be scheduled a minimum of 8 weeks from today’s date. Applications with a shorter timeframe will be automatically rejected. 
   

• Location Of Scheduled Event 

The requested event must be located within Australia. Events outside of Australia will not be considered for sponsorship. 
 

• Alignment and Relevance of Sponsorship: 
  The consistency of the sponsorship with Johnson’s Natural Formula’s core business in the equestrian industry, as well as its alignment with the brand’s values.  

• Maximising Sponsorship Opportunities: 
  Leveraging benefits from the sponsorship, including but not limited to naming rights, permanent signage, promotional advertising, co-branding of the Johnson’s Natural Formula logo on club merchandise or uniforms, and other unique opportunities that will drive current business and generate new business. 
   

• Credibility of the Sponsorship Applicant: 
  The reputation and reliability of the organisation requesting sponsorship will be evaluated. 
   

• Avoiding Conflicts with Competing Sponsors: 
  Johnson’s Natural Formula will not sponsor events where another feed manufacturer holds naming rights or has provided significant sponsorship. 
   

• Expected Benefits and Return on Investment: 
  The anticipated advantages to Johnson’s Natural Formula, including the potential return on investment, will be considered. 
   

• Utilisation of Sponsorship Funds or Products: 
  A clear explanation is required on how the sponsorship funds, merchandise, or products will be utilised by the club. Johnson’s Natural Formula prohibits the use of funds for any operational shortfalls, to reduce debt or for general operational expenses. 
   

• Sponsorship Type: 

The event must accept feed donations as part of the sponsorship agreement, allowing the feed’s value to cover a portion or the full amount of the sponsorship. 

1. Confirm Appropriate Use of Sponsorship: 
   Provide Johnson’s Natural Formula with written confirmation that the funds, products, or merchandise were utilised for the purposes outlined in the sponsorship application. 

1. Acknowledge Support Publicly: 
   Publicly recognise Johnson’s Natural Formula for their support through verbal communications and social media platforms.  

1. Provide Trade Stand Space: 
   Allocate space at your event for a Johnson’s Natural Formula trade stand. 

1. Promote Sponsorship Visibility: 
   Display the sponsorship products, merchandise and or materials provided in a prominent location during the event. 

1. Facilitate Participation in Event Presentations: 
   Invite Johnson’s Natural Formula to take part in presentations and photo opportunities on the day of the sponsored event. 

1. Event Media 
   Share media from the event with Johnson’s Natural Formula, including tagging and collaborating with us on our social media platforms.  

1. Encourage Brand Support: 
   Motivate your club members to support the Johnson’s Natural Formula brand. 

1. Ethical and Professional Conduct: 
   The event should adhere to high standards of ethical and professional conduct, including animal welfare practices and respect for all participants. Johnson’s Natural Formula reserves the right to withdraw sponsorship if the event does not meet these standards.
