Jorjia Beard-Adams – Victoria

Discipline: Dressage

Where you are from: Victoria

Who has influenced your passion for equestrian the most and why?

My role model for the sport would be my mother, Kirsty Beard-Adams. I was born into a dressage family and from a young age I was training and competing alongside her. Her passion and involvement in the sport drove my enthusiasm to train, compete and also have fun with horses. She is a true inspiration to me as we have shared many early mornings and late nights travelling all over the country and even overseas for our shared passion. Although she doesn’t ride professionally anymore, she drives me to be the best version of myself in this great sport.

What has been your biggest riding-related accomplishment?

My biggest accomplishment would be saluting the judge at the end of my first ever Grand Prix with my horse Wildlife 6.

What do you do to prepare yourself for competition?

I always have to have my white pearl scrunchie in my hair and Morgan Wallen playing in the car on the way to a competition.

What is your dream riding goal?

For the next 5 years, my goal is to successfully compete my home-bred young horse, Carlyle Limitless, up to FEI.  My ultimate dream riding goal is to represent Australia in dressage.

Which is your favourite Johnson’s Natural Formula feed and why?

My favourite Johnsons Natural Formula product is Every Horse Fibre Balancer because it contains a high fibre vitamin and mineral feed, perfect for all of my horses, no matter their fitness or stage of life. My horses’ health and wellbeing has noticeably improved as they are consuming a nutritious and balanced feed.
